Reports are intended to assist clients in making informed decisions regarding the property's observable condition at the time of inspection.

Reports may not be transferred, relied upon, or reproduced by third parties without the written consent of CBG Home Inspections.

6. Limitation of Liability

CBG Home Inspections exercises reasonable care in performing inspections; however, no inspection can identify every condition or defect.

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, CBG Home Inspections shall not be liable for:

Hidden or latent defects
Conditions not visible or accessible during the inspection
Future failures of systems or components
Changes occurring after the inspection date
Costs associated with repairs, replacements, or renovations

Our liability is limited as outlined in the executed Inspection Agreement.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are encouraged to:

Attend the inspection whenever possible.
Review the inspection report in its entirety.
Ask questions regarding any findings.
Consult qualified contractors for repair estimates or specialized evaluations when recommended.
